Hunter Safety Class

The annual Hunter Safety class sponsored by the Upper Valley Fish & Game Club
will start on Sep 7, 2010 at 7 pm in the Thetford Elementary School Cafeteria.

The class will be for rifle and bow hunter safety.

The rifle class will meet 7 pm to 9 pm on Sep 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28 & 30.
The rifle class will go to the range on Sun, Sep 19 at 10 am to noon to shoot
the 22 rifle (mandatory), shotgun (optional) and receive some field classes.

The bow class will meet 7 pm to 9 pm on Sep 7 in conjunction with the
rifle class. The bow class will also meet Sep 11 from 8 am to 4 pm at the
cafeteria and on Sun Sep 12 from 10 am to 1 pm at the range for field classes.
The field class includes range estimation & shooting, tree stand safety and
blood trail.

There is no requirement to pre-register.
