Fitness Class!

Are you looking to shed a few left over pregnancy or "busy being a mom" pounds? KDR Fitness has a Womans Fitness Class starting July 12th.

"KDR Fitness’ Metabolic Conditioning Class is the only program specifically designed for the busy summer mom.


The program is six weeks in length with three thirty minute work outs per week. Nutrition will make or break a fat lass program so not only is the nutrition included (at no extra cost!) but also how to integrate healthy food choices and fun physical activities into your kid’s lifestyles."
