RECALL: BRITAX CHAPERON INFANT CAR SEATS

Britax is recalling some of their Chaperon Infant Seats stating that the chest clip was incorrectly produced which could result in a more brittle chest clip then was intended. As a result, the chest clip which positions the harness straps across the infant's shoulders may break when the chest clip is engaged as the infant is secured into the seat.

"Fright River Flyer Train Ride" The train will take you from White River Junction to the Mills for cookies, cider, treat bags and pumpkins for the kids.  Train departs at 10:30 am and arrives at the Mills at 11:15. Depart from the Mills at 12 and back to the station at 12:45. $15/per person

Woodstock VT: October 30th

Billings Farms A Family Halloween - A not-so-scary, fun celebration for all ages! Doughnuts-on-a-string, pumpkin carving, Halloween tales, wagon rides, and more. With the help of Spring Ledge Farm and Colby-Sawyer College, the New London Recreation Department is hosting its 3rd annual Haunted Woods trail walk/corn maze.  Please come out and enjoy the thrills and chills of Halloween. 

The trail is thru the woods and along the boardwalk, it will be lit by tikki torches but we recommend bringing a flashlight or headlamp for the trick or treat portion.

Claremont Halloween Actvities

Since Halloween falls on a Sunday this year, Claremont will not have its popular down town tick or treating at local businesses or its popular costume parade on Pleasant Street. These events will be back next year.

This year they will be celebrating with hay rides and hotdog and marshmallow roast in Monadnock Park from 4-6pm. Town wide trick or treating with be held between 6-8pm.
